what size pirks u use on them rods BC?

is that one of the solid carbon rods BC?

they work whilst float fishing for mackrel at night

i used to use tritanium but soon moved on to ultima F1 far superior

i have treid and tried to get a bass on mackrel from the yorkshire beach....it just dont work netfull, pm me if u like for info

bass like cod will go in cycles they have good spawning year and bad spawning years sit tight they will return

ANGLERS KILL FAR MORE UNDERSIZED BASS THAN GILLNETTERS i seriously doubt that!

been out tonight to a mark near spurn (holderness coast) 2nd chuck i had a slack line bite resulting in a cod of a little over 2lb sea was rough tho just goes to show u dont need it to be winter on some beaches to catch cod but you need the rough sea : O)

rigs i use a simple pulley pennel with 3/0 kamasan b950 hooks conditions, usually best during or just after a good onshore blow, when the water is well coloured and food items have been washed out of the sand dont know your local area so cant comment on what tides are best etc but like i say, aask local anglers or tackle shops : O )

anyone can catch from a boat john....hehe 4lb 13oz of SUMMER beach cod (backend of june that was, 1 of 3 if i remember right) same as anything mate, if you put in the hours and go out scouting out new marks, picjk ya tides and conditions and try and make sure your bait is in tip top condition. but dont let the "blank" sessions put you off, you just have to keep soldiering on. good luck mack [ 08.
