Hi All You can still fish the RDAA tench lake on a day ticket during the close season tickets are on sale in crownmead angling. NAA's radius is borderline in basingstoke on sherbourne,overton,okley,wooton st lawrence if you give your destination I will check for you. AS PaulG has mentioned there is an associate membership but this is limited to 70 and there is a waiting list. If you are going in search of barbel on NAA your best bet would be Brimton there is a large head of fish on this stretch. colthrop is a harder venue with not so many fish but when its fishing rewards can be amazing. Some of the most prolific barbel stretches on the Kennet belong to TAA, Padworth park has a massive amount of fish in it and can produce some big bags of fish. the rainsford farm stretch is also a popular barbel venue for multi fish bags. TAA also have a 12 mile radius restriction but have no limits on the associate membership which costs £60.

Hi all Well done Pete good result and a good read. Im with steve on the bait thing though i keep getting winged at about the smell of mouldy bait in the back of the van. I can't deprive those poor little mice of a good meal until the end of season though.
