I have a maver J51 in 2003-4 the maver J51 was there flagship, it is in mint condition and i mean MINT, because of what its worth ive been affraid to use it, there is also lots of stuff to go with it, if anyone is interested and buying this baby at £1200 i will give them a full listing and pictures. I know i could probably get more. but just want to sell her as the funds will build me a new shed to keep the rest of my gear in. regards stu

  4. I have a lakestar delux...thinking of adding echo sounder, does many of you have the same if so please state if any good...but most of all the type of range you guys are getting before read back to handset fails...ect 100- 200 - 300 yards ...please respond as need to make a decision soon. regards
  5. My mate just done a quick 24hr stint 1 run 1 fish .... pulled in a lovely looking 16lb mirror. I live in Bridgwater and given the chance i would prefer to goto walrow ponds in highbridge, just 10 mins up the A38 where you would buy a £20 season ticket and just fish it for £5 a night there after the lake isnt much but theres a few 30`s in there. Like matey said it looks nice but i would`nt call it a specimen pond. How he caught that 16 if the info is anygood was a caviar and cranberry boillie dipped with about 20-30 freebies scattered around it, but i know another lad has fished it and done well with method and sweetcorn. Hope the info is good for you and good look whatever you choose. Regards
  6. Looking for a fishery to fish for a week, no further up than birmingham no further east than oxford-reading, im down in the southwest and prepared to travel... ticket prices upto £25 a 24 hr stint. looking for large carp or a large head of carp around the 30lb mark....please post here. ive looked at few venues to be honest but some recommendations could persuade me.... regards
