  5. Have a similar problem in Ireland. Lots of eastern europeans fishing and taking their catch with home. Have seen some fishing five and six rods. As I understand it they eat the fish (Pike, Pearch, Rudd etc). We eat trout and salmon ????. Edd.
  6. Yes - Providing the fish did'nt jump into the net.
  7. Korda make a klip which claims to make rigging maggots easy. Seen this on page 6 of IMPROVE YOUR COARSE FISHING (SEPT ISSUE). Link below has picture and info about halfway down page. http://www.specialist-tackle.co.uk/shop.ph...=29&subcatid=48 Hope this helps Edd

  9. Thanks to all who replied. I intend to fish on a lake "Lisnashannagh", outside Carrickmacross in Ireland. "Covers approx. 2 hectares with depths to 5m. This lake holds stocks of Bream, Tench, and Rudd to specimen size as well as Roach, Perch, Pike and Carp.". I would like to fish a waggler. What advice THANKS Epat
  10. Hello Edds the name. I'm fishing about 18 months. Catching some good tench on lakes, biggest about 5.5 lb. Want to start fishing for carp. What gear do I need, Line strength, hook size etc. All advice welcomed. Edd [ 04. September 2005, 01:37 AM: Message edited by: Epat ]
