  4. In my experience i would go for the shelter that you can change in to a bivvy if you need to, i made the mistake of buying one that you could not. STC
  5. I admit i am a korda tart, tend to buy wide gape hooks and rig tubing, but I finched at the price of these hooks.

  9. Hi Guys Heres the report Friday night got set up and by 7:30 I was sitting pretty with a 21lb and half common on the bank. I was well happy. The rest of the weekend was a strange one, the fish where moving about and taking the occasional dog mixer, but as far as catching nothing, not a thing. Me, mate had a couple out, but the end I was fishing they were having none of it. Tried Zigs, pop ups, chod rigs as alot of weed. In the end went for the direct approach, got out the method feeders and decided to go through the weed. It worked landed to more carp only small at 10 and 12lbs, but on a hard weekends fishing i was well happy. Will put some pictures up here shortly. The JRC was grt, better than i thought it was gunna be. Off to start planning for the next trip in Febuary. Cheers STC

  13. Hi Fella, how did the JRC hold up and did you get many on the bank?
  14. I do get inside, but do not have zip done up. Or i take another mummy bag nad use it as a duvet. STC
  15. To be honest i got the army one, took it out once and had trouble getting out of it to get to the rods like i have with other mummy bags. So sold it and got a Big snooze from Tracker. Yes you spend a bit on name and alike but it is designed to be attached to a carp bed. I am very happy with a my carp bag and would not change for a mummy or any other if i am carp fishing. STC
