easiest way to prepare hemp is as follows get a bucket with a rip of lid like a large emulsion(paint)pot pour hemp in it and fill with water put lid back on it and leave to soak for 12-24 hours after this time open lid pour out water and hemp into a deep fat fryer and get it to boiling point then pour back in the pot and put the lid back on it and wait. next time you open the bucket in the morning you will have the perfect hemp guarrenteed to work every time.
