How do ya use two rods, is this somthing that ya got to download or am i just pants at it.

Some bait companys recommend that you soak ya baits for short periods but ive had nash formual ones soaking four three years now and they are orsum, i use them as single hook baits when things are tough and they normally save me from a blank. most big named glugs that i have used make the outter skin a little bit harder but the middle is just as soft as new, but with a lot more flavor. Another tip is to use different flavoured glugs to your chosen bait, as this is a bit different to what most carp have seen before, though a little bit of thought has to be used hear as it could have the reverse afect. I dont fish with nuts/tigers (except on the hair) because of an experiance i had a few years ago, i was at a water that had a lot of tigers going in. I was up a tree (as ya do) watching a big mirror and i saw it crap out hole tigers, it then turned round and re'eat them and just sat there. About an hour later it did it again. Having seen 7 different carp do this that day even though there was plenty of other bait avalable, it put a serios dout in my mind of how good tigers are for carp?

Been looking for a venue to fish next year and have been surffing da web and most places in england seam to have banned all particales. So why do they say this then go on and allow hemp, casters, corn, tares etc. which are good baits but are still particles are they not? I know it is cos of fish welfear but i have been preparing particales for near on 15 years ( im only 24) and have never had a problem as there is loads of info on how to propare them properly out there, is it a case of the lazy are spoilling it for the rest of us Or is it a case of fishery owners trying to make a quick buck by making us buy it from them?

HI RUDD The reson heavy pole elastic is used with braid is to stop damage to the reel, i e the line clip wont be ripped off if the cast is not feathered down properly. the elastic is tied on before you spool ya reel and then put under ya clip, spool the reel and go fishing, when casting take elastic from cilp and pass it over/around braid and back under clip. this wiil stop damage and possible crack offs when casting heavy weights. hope this is of use cos im not trying to teach ya to suck eggs. what about using 2 stainless tripods this looks good and can be picked up resonably cheap and is quite original

not bothered about da cost just want to beat my pb (34.4lb mirror) or/ and catch some good looking carp in the process. do ya know what baits work best over there

I am looking for any info on bluebell lake as im going to do a 14 night stint in August 2006, have small amount of info but want to be totally clued up before my trip as i only get one holliday fishing a year (life sucks). If anyone can help me on; bait swims tactics/methods map- depth/feature and any thing else that coud help would be realy appreciated regards fat boy
