This has annoyed me, my initial reaction is if they want to play rough bring it on. But it would be far better for our campaign if photographic evidence could be gained and a prosercution made. This could then be made into a storey for the Fishing New(the commercial fishermans news paper). As already stated I dont think most commercials would behave like this, but if it was to happen again the above would in my humble opinion be the best course of action.

things are looking grim.

In the late 70s there was 17 charter boats operating from Bradwell, they used to rescue more boats and people than the local coast guard, mainly due to just being there. Therte are only two know.

I have helped yachts men out of the water before at Bradwell marina, It normally happens when they step from the boat to the pontoon to eary. The one old boy would not except my hand to help him, to proud I think, he ended up almost pulling him self out then falling back in three times before my mate and I just draged him out, bloody heavey a full growen wet man.

A man gets a good kicking from two skinheads on his way home from the pub. He suffers brocken ribs and nose, the police ask him if he wishes to press charges, the man says no thanks. The police say but they broke your ribs and nose. The man says yes they did and my nose and ribs will mend with time, but I got off some cutting remarks that will scare them for life.

I have heard of cod reaching 200lb from oil rigs in some parts. Skate are large powerful but faily slow fish, so when compairing the fighting quality of a fish this should be put into the equation. For example you could not realy compair a 200lb skate to a 200lb blue fin tuna.

How can that argument work? If the large lobsters eat the small lobsters, ones they themselves spawned, then the large ones are caught they can not spawn when dead so where would any more small ones come from?

Sorry Cliff but six double figure cod and a smattering of 3lb codling all weekend caught between many anglers isnt good cod fishing. It does however still seem to be enough intisement for many anglers to still enjoy fishing for them.This Im not knocking any cod anglers hear I just wonder how bad the cod fishing has to get before they all stop bothering.
