As a few people know, I have put my fishing tackle up for sale and am giving up fishing completely. It was a fairly easy decision to make as I have only been fishing 4 or 5 times over the past 8 or 9 years. So it is just money sitting redundant. Plus an once in a lifetime opportunity has come my way that I cannot simply pass up, so I've made the decision to sell all my tackle. So if anyone fancies some tackle, give me a pm and I'll see what I've got.

I know mate, its a weird one, it'll only leak badly if on a run, like to and from work (17 miles each way) it hardly loses a drop, yet on the way back from wingham it lost a couple of litres. I have no idea where its coming from either :angry:

Idk carplan stuff is complete shite, about the worst oil there is, chip fat has more lubrication properties than that. I get vauxhall 10w40 or 5w30 which is of a very high grade for about 11 quid plus vat for 5ltrs. I think mines on a constant oil change, I had to stop twice on the way home from wingham because the low oil warning message came up, each time it took just over a litre, was only driving 70 miles too, must get my arse into gear and find and fix the leak

I had a lengthy discussion with Steve yesterday about revamping the wingham website, providing more info, faq's, etc... What I'm asking is if anyone who's fished either the carp lake or coarse lake and have taken some scenic shots of the lakes, could I please allow us (Steve & myself) to use them or a part of them in the revamped website. If possible, I would need as higher size/resolution as possible, then I can crop/resize the photo to suit the styling of the site. As you can imagine, I don't want to put my email address on here as I get enough spam email as it is, but those who either reply to this topic, or pm me, will get sent an email address where to send the photos too. Thanks in advance to those who contribute.
