restore it ? what a loada pish, just trying to make their moneys worth imo. woulda took them all of 5 minutes to remove and install new drivers at a total cost of 45p labour no parts required just time to download and install

You might have a minimum 45 pence labour charge Andy, most people don't.

it mighta been alright if they stated they have a minimum charge like most people do but no they never they restored a computer that most probably didnt need it so they could justify charging £29.
