A long distance lorry driver, feeling tired, spots a sign saying Farmhouse B&B.

He thinks.....Ill have some of that.

Drives his lorry onto the ample hardstanding on the farm.

He is greeted by the farmer, ....he asked the farmer if he could stay for a night,....farmer said of course.

Take your gear into the kitchen and Mother will sort you out.

Later , haveing dinner , the lorry driver asked the farmer if he could walk around the farm in the morning, ....the farmer said yes,.....but mind.....if you opens a gate you must close it,......the lorry driver agreed.

In the morning the lorry driver roamed about the farm looking at the animals.

At the breakfast table, the lorry driver complimented the farmer on the condition of his stock, ....but was puzzled by the three legged pig.

Farmer said ohhhh....you mean George.....damn fine pig that one.

Mother was cooking oneday in the kitchen, and was overcome by the fumes from the arga, she fell and smashed a mixing bowl on the floor, ....George the pig heard the noise, ran in pulled her out in the fresh air.......saved her life.

Then Martha....thats our youngest fell in the pond......course her cant swim a stroke.....George heard her screams.....dived in pulled her out.....saved her life.

The lorry driver was amazed...and asked....well how did he loose his leg ?....Farmer said....well boy, when you got a pig as good as that.........you cant eat him all at once.
