The daddy longlegs are everywhere (even I'm catching) the dusk is soon upon us and the fish are on the feed, not long to go till october.....how goes it???

The daddies have only shown up here in the last day or so, I shall be out tomorrow with hope! Tuesday all the trout were interested in were large stone flies but I could not interest any on the dry. Did manage three on the nymph though. . Our season ends at the end of this month so it will be on to the grayling then and of course the new pool.After a late start (F/M) the season has not been too bad, everybody had to relearn the river due to last winters floods but thats all in the fun. Agree with your post on the conservation thread, we could do with more input into this forum, maybe as the nights draw in people will have more time to post, hope so anyway.
