Hey Elton,

They are nymphs, the clue is in the description of the items. Flies have wings and are usually seperated from the nymphal stage by a pupal stage.

Dang it folks. IMO if it's artificial and you tie it on a fly rod to fish with it, it is a fly.

 

But then I'm no purist I guess.

You could use a multiplier or fixed spoll reel & 10 inch spoon on a fly rod, but it aint a fly!
