hi ive just started fishing and was wondering if i should start fly fishing should i or shouldnt i.

Rooney - you should really give it a go, the buzz you get catching a fish on the fly is fantastic, even the smallest of fish can lead you a merry dance.

thanks for that i probably will start but where can i get a rod and reel thats pretty cheap.

look on ebay, always lots of bargains there. if you're on a budget dont spend much on a reel, put the money into the rod and line, the two important bits

and glasses, if you do not where then normally

or even wear them normally !

you will need some flies but you can get them at any water you go to but it is cheaper to get them before you go , (just ask most people will help)

or as a new idea you could tie your own .

good luck with the fly fishing , dont give up it is a little bit different to start with but its worth the hardship in the end
