Has anybody had experience with the OLYMPUS SP570UZ, only I was thinking of buying one and any advice would be welcome.

It's looking like nobody has one mate, maybe your best bet is to google for reviews or a forum where others are asking the question.

There's several reviews of the Olympus here

 

If it's a bridge camera you are looking for, I've seen some extremely good results from the Canon SX1 IS
