Common 40 - targeted forum sites (like AN for angling) are all over the place with their written and unwritten rules about posting links to potential 'competition' sites.

 

We don't have a written policy here but in general, you can post almost anything when responding to a question as long as the post is responsive and the question didn't ask for a how-to for doing something illegal.
