Ferry prices for Carp Fishing in France?

Hi all. Off to France carp fishing in April (as well as belgium in March , need to try and get as competitive a price as possible for the April trip - any suggestions please?

 

Best I can get so far, Dover - Calais 7 day return is £126 with Sea France.

I think that seems about the right price.

I have booked Dover/Calais in April 04 and

am paying £158 for a 14 day return with estate

car plus 2 passengers.

I was told the fare will probably have risen if

booking is left till then.

I have booked 2 weeks at Castaway Lake (thanks Elton). Where are you going?

Thanks for the reply mate - we are going to Abbey in April and Etang Rue in March - but I think that one is sorted.

Sounds like a good price to me. You can try ferry savers (.com), they may be cheaper and Norfolk Line is normally a few quid cheaper than Sea France.

Thanks Rob, yes NorfolkLine were cheeper, but I don't think they do many crossings, at least with SeaFrance they sail every hour.

A lot of angling holiday and guiding services have acounts with ferry companies.Some even though you might not be booking with them will sort you out a cheap crossing.It is in their favour if their account is used more.Try ringing few you may be supprised.
