Mate look on ebay...get some little 1 led lights things for £1. They last for ages.

I use to use a big camping light, problem is when u go outside the light is so bright its really dark. Now i hang the little led in a corner, gives enough light to see what i`m doing and i just leave it on all night. Looked from outside my bivvy and u can hardly see its lit!

I then have a head toarch for doing anything detailed!

Find that combination perfect, but u main find differently!

Here fishy fishy.......

140 hours of blanking at Carcus!! 2 carp runs and countless bream .

Cant find any for a quid?

And all the cheap ones on ebay have horrendous postage costs as do dragoncarp.

found plenty of candle burners now, UCO, bushlite, coleman and gardner but 22 quid for a candle holder!!!!!!!!

Looks like I will be using the mini mag and mag solitare in candle mode!!!!!!!

I brought one of the touch lamps (Set of 4 for a £1 last year. Sadly one blew up because of dampness but the others still going strong!

I bought a 20 LED torch and a 16 LED headlamp of ebay from Japan for only £13 altogher including P&P.

The torch holder is now sown onto my bivvy and is left on all night and gives just the right amount of light off.

Just re read club rule book -

NO NAKED FLAMES ALLOWED

this means basically means stoves, candles and fires.

You can spark up a smoke with a lighter or matches.

There goes the bushlight idea
