Heres the shot of 'The Calm Before the Storm' that I withdrew from Mays competition after I realised that only photos taken in the current month can be entered. (Ooops! Sorry).

It's a picture of the Fishing lake at the Ashbury Golf Hotel in the Edge of Dartmoor in Devon on a Septembers morning and was snapped on a small Fuji Compact Camera

 

Here's a shot of our angling clubs estate lake taken in May (not this year) before the water lillies errupted..
