Sportsman, Mondeo's... great car, can take them some places, unless its soft and muddy, (had to be towed out twice, wont go there again), good on fuel... might even get another one when this one dies

I've been to Scrabster... and I want to go back!!!

Got the Explorer today. A lot of metal for the money :)

Have to agree with jeepster, it's fast smooth, comfortable and a pleasure to drive, even my 19 year old daughter finds it easy to drive.

I don't know if I would have one as my only car but we have another car to rack the miles up, so petrol consumption isn't a big problem.

I've had Shoguns and landcruisers in the past, this is nicer to drive than either, and has more space. It was also much better priced than just about anything else. I think it's size and Americam image, and a tendency to fall over, may explain that.

So far so good.

Dave
