Gray,

I've sent you an e-mail about my avatar but thought I'd have a go at sorting it out myself as well. I followed the link given by Little Tinca above and, after uploading the image, received a message to include the following in my next post

What do I do now? I've tried updating my profile but this image is not among the possible choices

For those who have asked how to get their avatars - Post the original picture on here or email it to Gray-Catchpole. He will then resize it and put it onto a website (once he gets his computer sorted), and will then notify you on here. Then all you have to do is go into your profile and change your avatar :)

However, it does seem like he's having a few problems with his computer right now, so please be patient :)

Take care

Thanks John. I was about to post a message asking where the good fellow was. I've not had a blether with him in ages. You've put my mind at rest.

A blether? I assume that is a Scotish coloquialism :)

And I must say, you share your name with a hero of mine, Andrew "Para Handy" Macfarlane.... Just finished reading the book, can't for the life of me remember the name of the author

I remember - Neil Munro :)
