Cant they recruit some more intersting positions? Like being a full time angler...paid £40,000 a year to go fishing at various places?

LOL I don't think they're are many people who get paid just to do that

 

Even the likes of Bob Nudd and Matt Hayes probably spend 90% of their time doing 'other stuff', rather than just fishing.

IS there anything to do other than fishing? For me its just unnecessary time spent earning money until I can get on the bank!
