close season avoidance

So....what do you guys generally do in the close season????

 

Personally, i clean up my gear as and when, and maybe do the garden, try and tempt a few worms for the box.

I play golf 2-3 times a week and green bowls on a Sunday.

 

I will be out in the near future fly fishing brown trout - there's nothing better in my opinion than donning a pair of waders and getting out into the middle of a nice cool river - great fun!!
