Mirror carp

I have a largish garden pond (18 meters by 36) it is very shallow andhas around 70+ mirror carp that I would like to get rid of. Does anyone have any ideas/advice?

Contact your local Environment Agency fisheries department. You should be able to get in touch via the central contact details here:

They ought to be able to take them off your hands and supply them to someone who wants them.

It was put on the forum ages ago Steve, it struck a chord with a few of us. Mr Waller even has it in his signature. :D

 

I'm applying for a job as a supplier when he opens his UK factory. ;)

Contact your local Environment Agency fisheries department. They ought to be able to take them off your hands and supply them to someone who wants them.

 

As from August 1st the EA will not issue any Section 30 consents to introduce fish to any water that has not been registered with CEFAS under the Aquatic Animal Health Regulations 2009.
