Your Top Three Films?

What are your top three films you've ever seen, and why? Here are three that I enjoy seeing again on occasion:

  • Barry Lyndon (1975). The movie was better than Thackeray's book, IMHO. For some reason not too many people I know have seen this one, which I find incredible.
  • A Fish Called Wanda (1988). Great acting performances. Kevin Kline stole the show as Otto (Don't call me stupid), but Palin and Cleese were brilliant too. Still a grin.
  • The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly (1966). Love this western. Eli Wallach played that miserable Mexican named Tuco to a tee. Good soundtrack too.

Be good and you will be lonely.

The Godfather 1,11,111

Fishing seems to be my favorite form of loafing.

"Even a bad day of fishing is better than a good day of work."

I know the joy of fishes in the river through my own joy, as I go walking along the same river.

What do you think if the float does not dip, try again I think.
