Its a power point slide show so you will need a power point viewer to open it. Free one available from Microsoft

Lakes-LW1.pps and it is a safe file to open but fairly large for a slow connection at 3.4Mb.

some nice shots there but in my opinion a "view" can only be of the sea ,those rocky things get in the way.

i was watching a holiday program and "stunning views" were on the lips of the presenter ,err it was hills with houses on no sign of the sea at all ,just a housing estate in my eyes :D

Believe NOTHING anyones says or writes unless you witness it yourself and even then your eyes can deceive you

None of this "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" crap it just means i have at least two enemies!

Good stuff. Mono Lake is an interesting place to visit. It is located on the east side of the Sierras by the entrance to Yosemite NP, the remnants of an ancient salty sea with a geothermal feature in the middle. I believe it used to have a much larger area before Los Angeles started siphoning water away back in the 1920's.
