I take it you were on the tees Gary? If you were I on the stretch below which resulted in a hard earned, 2 trout, 2 Grayling & a chublet. If I had known I would have came up with the CD that was in the car for you.

I fished at Snow hall the expensive beat,got to get my moneys worth!

I had two grayling in 15 minutes then nothing all afternoon both on trotted worm.

tried for chub later with bread but no joy.

But it was good to be out and its was an enjoyable warmer day.

 

Regarding The grayling I get the feeling there only feeding for short periods because the same thing happened the last time out.

Dont think there were spooked as there not fished for on this water.

Only idiots like me fish in the winter,Rain, ice snow all weathers

 

Anyone up for wire stems?
