Bullsh*t Bingo

Bullsh*t Bingo

1. Before Barack Obama's next televised speech, prepare your "Bullsh*t Bingo" card by drawing a square -- I find that 5" x 5" is a good size -- and dividing it into columns --five across and five down. That will give you 25 1-inch blocks.

Similar to this, but just bigger

an-obama-square.jpg

2. Write one of the following words or phrases in each block:

· Restored our reputation

. Strategic fit

· Let me be clear

· Make no mistake

· Back from the brink

· Signs of recovery

· Out of the loop

· Benchmark

· Job creation

· Fiscal restraint

· Win-win

· Affordable health care

· Previous Administration (Government)

· Empower (or empowerment)

· Greed on Wall Street

· At the end of the day

· Bush Administration

· Touch base

· Mindset

· Corporate greed

· Ballpark

· Game plan

· Leverage

· Inherited as in "I inherited this mess”

· Relief for working families

3. Check off the appropriate block when you hear one of those words/phrases, used in his speech.

4. When you get five blocks horizontally, vertically, or diagonally, stand up and shout "Bullsh*t!" If you are playing in mixed company where rough language is not wise, you can substitute BS.

Testimonials from past satisfied "Bullsh*t Bingo" players:

"I had been listening to the speech for only five minutes when I won."

- Jack W. - Boston

"What a gas! Speeches will never be the same for me after my first win."

- Bill R. - New York City

“The atmosphere was tense in the last speech as 14 of us waited 6 minutes for the fifth box."

- Ben G. - Denver

"The speaker was stunned as eight of us screamed "Bullsh*t!" for the third time in one hour."

- Harry A. Chantilly

"8 of us tied at "Bullsh*t Bingo" in under 30 minutes of his last teleprompter speech!"

- P. Donahy - Texas

Note: Can anyone work up a Gordon Brown version to post here? It should just be a matter of using different phrases.

" My choices in life were either to be a piano player in a whore house or a politician. And to tell the truth, there's hardly any difference!" - Harry Truman, 33rd US President

Bit harsh that, he took his country out of a minority rule peacfully and maintained stability for the duration of his term as president.

Things have rather fallen apart since he stood down though.

You're probably right from the point of view of his repetition of favourite phrases but it just wouldn't have the same flavour. He hasn't had the chance to get in power to cock it all up yet........post it again a year from now :P

I always vote - it makes me feel better. However, this year I am joining in with a growing number of folks who plan to vote differently for Federal (national) offices and will ignore the political party of the candidates.

Whoever is now in office will not get my vote. If there is a brand new person (no political experience), he/she will. Otherwise I'll vote for a person whose party does not currently hold the office.

Basically I'm fed up with all of them. Those whose voting record I dislike are out because of their voting record; the others are out for not doing anything about it.

Hopefully if enough of us do this in November which is a mid-period election, the folks in Washington D.C. will get the message and fix some things before the next Presidential elections in 2012. If not, I suspect the number who vote against will grow to the point we can at least get a new group to dislike and we may extend the 'anti' votes to the State level as well. :D

I have voted for one party for many years, however, because of their cop out regarding giving control to europe without any chance of opposition, i may be forced into voting for a group that have no hope of winning, to me that is a wasted vote. Better than not voting. I dunno.

Free to choose apart from the ones where the trust poked their nose in. Common eel. tope. Bass and sea bream. All restricted.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

Barry i have always believed that if you don't vote then don't complain.

Reason being is if you don't vote and just sit on your ar$e you are doing bu@@a all to try and fix the problem.
