A syndicate member who posts here had 8 tench today in his first 6 hours up to 8-11.

 

He's slipping - he's now had 32 tench in 32 hours!

He's slipping - he's now had 32 tench in 32 hours!

 

He's slipping even more. Only 54 in 58 hours! By the way, that's about the length of time the Fish-In runs for. He's also had a 2lb+ perch.

 

Just to whet your appetites still further, Wingham produced its first 4lb perch today. What's more it was spawned out and so would have been considerably heavier a couple of weeks ago.

 

So just make sure you fish worms during the day.

 

To cap it all the Carp Lake threw up another 40lber, the second in 3 days. This was a 42lb near leather.

Hi, what are the rules regarding tents for the fish-in? It is silver and blue tent... Are there any rules regarding tents and the colour? If I need a bivvy does anyone have one I can borrow?

 

Silver and blue is fine. However if you want to borrow a bivvy I'm sure someone can help. I'll shortly be starting a new topic regarding wanted gear.

Different baits, but a lot have come on maggots I believe.

do you know if it was a maggot feeder or if he was fishing method with maggot hook bait? all information will help ;)
