fines for no licences

I'm too lazy to get my license in person down the post office so I get it (them) online. I have also used their phone system but online doesn't rely on someone on the other end getting confused.

 

As for clubs having to check licences, I personally think they all should. Or failing that have it as a requiremnt of membership and then when bailiffs check tickets they can also check rod licences. As for punishment, probably just a ban would suffice but if people knew they would be checked they would probably all get the necessary licence(s).

I pointed out that that is what one of my clubs do and they have few problems with licence doddgers.
