Note how I've managed to cook the perimeter as well done with the middle bit rare. I think that's quite innovative catering for two tastes in the same burger, of course it does mean that you'll need to share and if you like rare burgers you'll be going second. But hey this is an AN fish-in so we're living on the edge teetering on the brink of starvation...until it rains that is, then we get in the car and go for lunch somewhere good.

 

Don't worry, I do sausages now.
