Any one heard from him of late? I was just wondering how he is :confused: He has not posted for along time. He is a member of a forum I moderate and he has not been on there for an age.

Any road up if you read this Poach let us know how it's going mate :)

Thanks chaps.

It's nice to know I've been missed. I've been going through a little bout of depression for no apparent reason and I've not really been feeling myself for a while.

There's no whys or hows so don't worry. I guess it's just one of those things that we go through at one time or another.

I still have my health and good looks and I'm sure I'll be back on form soon enough.

Luckilly I've never suffered depression myself but have seen how it's affected family members. So get well soon, Andy.
