Rubbish coverage - at least for my local EA region - only lists 1 venue - I can think of another 7 just within a 10 mile radius of where I live....

 

Better off getting one of the EA guides...

Good job it don't mention my favourite free stretches on the Waveney there is ten miles of it.

 

Some of the eastern area rivers mentioned as free are actually day ticket or club waters now. I wonder how old the site is?

Virtually every water belongs to someone up here bar the odd free ressie. I do a lot of 'guesting'....lol

 

To be fair though, as long as you are obviously coarse fishing, there's not a lot anyone can say really. The law only covers coarse fishing with some flawed civil law guidelines that I can twist fairly readily.

 

It's when you start going after trout and salmon it becomes an automatic matter for the Polis. That's when you have watch where you cast a mepps or a big bit of salmon putty (whatever that is....does it even exist?...I don't know).
