moaning again ,i have to order anything for my volvo from the nearest volvo "parts" (thats a joke) department ,i cant see why the fooking countryside is filled with volvo's around here so why not a small stock of items they sell the most?

now dammit the sames going on at the nearest vw parts dept ,i have had to order 4 blooming bolts ,just bolts nothing fancy and theres hundreds of golfs around here and a great upsurge in those that restore and modify them (us classic car owners  ) the adjoining workshop must need them for their job or do you twiddle your thumbs waiting for the bits to arrive when you use them to repair your car ,and no doupt get charged for the benefit of it :(

the exact same thing went on when i had my mazda but at least they had an excuse it was rare (golf shaped mazda 323 gt) this was a great little car and far more advanced in passenger comfort than the golf despite being 3 years older than mine

the golfs only 22 years old it isnt blooming some 3 wheeled steam car from a 100 years ago

Welcome to the business principle (introduced from Japan, or so I'm told) of "Just in time", not "Just in case". Nobody stocks anything anymore... :(

Ebay Chesters. I just picked up a few near and off side indicators for my 'volvo' for 1/4 the price at the dealer and they were new in the box.. From their .com site not the .co.uk site.

and I'm really looking forward to seeing how much this service lamp light is going to cost me :(

For Just In Time, read ...JUST TOO LATE!

(that's usually more appropriate).

This is a signature, there are many signatures like it but this one is mine

nothing on some you press a button behind the instrument console ;)

i got everything bar bolts from ebay and all way cheaper than even GFS or is it GSF? thats including the postage even things like brake disks ,on the lookout for rear springs for the volvo and ordinary front shocks for the golf.

usually though not when you want them thats why it took 10 months to get the volvo on the road :D
