Can I just say that now I have had the opportunity to use Powerpoint 2010 for a while, and found may way around it I am really liking it :)

Let's agree to respect each others views, no matter how wrong yours may be.

2010 in general is a good piece of software. 2007 was pants! LOL!

And I LIKED 2007! (or was it 2005??) But I have a genuine pucka copy of Office 2010 which a friend gave me as he was given two copies by mistake from his company. So I duly installed the copy I hold and duly went about me merry way. THEN last week it started asking me to register the ruddy thing!! WHY? I did so as there were as usual tales of woe and doom enough to make even Chesters cry I reckon! BUT WHY does it do this?? I used the phone one again as before and it was fine as one would expect it to be, but WHY does it do this? Just as I have a REAL copy of Win 7 Ultimate, OK it is "Borrowed" but it is a REAL copy and that also went through the same routine a month ago. I duly did the decent thing and that said it was a pirated copy for a while. Went to the UK for two weeks and so did not get to use the computer over that period. Come back and hey presto it has downloaded Sp1 and is happy as a sand boy again as well? WHY do it do this for me??

It is to be observed that 'angling' is the name given to fishing by people who can't fish.

If GOD had NOT meant us to go fishing, WHY did he give us arms then??

(If you can't help out someone in need then don't bother my old Dad always said! My grandma put it a LITTLE more, well different! It's like peeing yourself in a black pair of pants she said! It gives you a LOVELY warm feeling but no-one really notices!))

Is it asking to be ACTIVATED or REGISTERED Chris?
