Well they persisted. Yesterday I bought an oven to replace the one that I ruined a year ago (used the wrong cleaner) and a new hoover, then I jetwashed the patio in preparation for the Spring BBQ season. Today I made inroads in clearing brambles and overgrown trees at the back of the garden, would've carried on into the evening if I could've got the bloody fire to light.

 

It felt pretty good having a break, might continue domestic activities this weekend.
