Leeds, it depends on how fast the flow is, they seem heavy enough to me though. One thing you can do is tie some line to the swivel and attach some ssg shots instead of a leger weight, this can be adjusted then.

There you have a rig that is easy to tie, has a good hooking potential and won't cause a fish to be tehtered if the line breaks.

Just a personal preference: instead of joining the hooklength to mainline via two loops, put a small swivel inbetween. Use the loops to join the two ends of line to the swivel. It'll help cause much less line twist.
