finally got a tank

It did occur to me that these laws would not apply to you. When I was a lad my dad gave me one of his old tanks and I used to keep sticklebacks and baggies.

perhaps those kids fishing nets should be illegal and those supplying them convicted

if you lift the net out of the water you have removed the contents from it including fish ,could landing nets be illegal if used ,yes you catch them on a rod and line but you remove them from the water with a net.

the rod licence doesn't say "bye the way its ok to remove fish with a landing net" thus you don't have permission

Well the law should concern itself with trifles. I mean custard and jelly in the same bowl. What in the hell is that all about?
