I`d love to see a top angler challenged to fish waters they`d never seen before. Not so they`d blank and make themselves look daft in front of the camera but to give an insight into how a good angler would approach a new water, the signs they`d look for etc.

Proper match fishing!!!!!

not some well known celeb on a private estate lake full of carp thats been pre baited for the last 5 years without a hook ever being put in there....

Yup, lets get them on a commercial fishery :D

Apart from the occasional big match on a river theres no such thing as proper match fishing anymore

Apart from articulate anglers, I would love to see visits to tackle factories, for example, more back ground stuff. Screaming Reels sort of style with less dross. And let it all be 'Passion' quality.

Actually, I reckon 'Discovery' treats anglers pretty well. I would like to see far more American input though, we have so much to learn from those guys.

And can we see more nooky?

Mark, if you need someone to have as a control blank......its my speciality :D

Woodmouse, I`m just up the road from you mate, Sedgley and yes, how we lost after 90 minutes of brilliant play I`ll never know........

(sorry, not hijacking the thread guys )

I think Wolfs idea is cracking.

When I watch fishing programs I like to see anglers fishing in the same situations as me, ie coarse fish.

Watching anglers in some far flung destination having the time of their life doing what I cant just doesnt hold any interest from me.
