Clearing the cache to view new posts

The "View New Posts" feature still requires me to periodically empty my browser cache to make it work - are others still having this problem, and is there a fix on the horizon?

I wasn't but I am now - keep getting flood control warning on View new posts - no matter how long I leave it.....

Yep, I have to empty my cache once a day, or I can't see new posts. Firefox 5.0.1.

I've got a few mySQL issues that appear to be ongoing. It doesn't make sense to me at the moment and may result in yet another server move...
