well guys,

i finally caught a zed!

i had a 4lb 1oz fish on float-fished(starlighted) livebait,chuffed to bits,all thanks to a mate a met off another forum,invited me dwon to the river cam and we bagged one!well two actually because another mate with us bagged his first zed too-4lb 1oz!diffrent fish exact same weight-strange!

 

anyways i have pics will put them up if anyones intrested/would like to see em.

That swim looks a bit familiar, like the middle level at its confluence with pophams judging by the growth behind you. only ever had 1 zed from that swim so if it is there, youve done better than me by catching 2. Try ramsay 40ft for a lot of action from fish to double figures, average 4-6lb tho.

oops just read that its from the cam, so not the swim i thought. i like the cam, its a good venue for 4-6lb fish. good starting water
