Well I indulge in both and I have to say that I much prefer the AN version.

i like it the way it is, but ive had a look at the new version, i was looking for a bit of a speed up but didnt find it, also one of the new features is the people online one, i think it will pee people off when they have done a post, say an hour ago, and no one has replied, but they can see that xxxxx amount of people are on the forum, an unesecery*** distraction me thinks.

i do like the veiws one

***: we need the spell checker though

Keep it the way it is Elton, you have enough to do already.

As far as a spell checker just use your email program or word processor. If you want to check a long post just copy and paste the whole thing into your email or word processing program or better yet start off by writing it in one of those programs and copy and paste the corrected version onto this forum for posting.

keep it as it is mate, at the end of the day its the people who make the forum not the software and for my money you have the best available.

The other thing is, most of these "enhancements" are available freely already elswhere.

They're not used because not many people want or would use them, and they put an extra load on the server which can slow things down ...
