Before anyone else gets in here, I use a un-hooking mat, it is easier to wash than putting the fish on a chair. Thats put a stop to a few jibes for you.

I brought mine from a car boot sale (bed chair) and Sonjas chair from a tackle shop.

Sonjas was quite cheap and split at the top after two trips.

I can't reccomend a chair but you could try the local papers or even put out an advert. A second hand chair that has lasted a few years is going to have been tested and tried and will cost you a lot less than new.

Good luck

Well,

depending on your requirements (do you want adjustable legs? A recliner? A "cocoon"? Do you need a really light chair? etc etc),

You could do lot worse than look at

http://www.badgerclassics.com

specifically

Their chairs are likely to be made of steel rather than aluminium - adds about a pound to the weight - but they are very comfy, serviceable, AND CHEAP!

I've had quite a lot of stuff from Badger, and I can't fault their service or the products (for the price).

Rob.

I will second that I have had mine for some time.

They played on while the reel handles spun in unison.
