Irony Impaired?

Is David Cameron suffering from some sort of Irony Impairment Disorder? I have to ask having read about his idea that it should be made easier to sack workers who are not performing well by removing any right to claim unfair dismissal. If anyone is underperforming, it is the chinless old Etonian and his posh mates. It takes a particular kind of incompetence to have huge and still rising unemployment, massive inflation and no interest on our savings all at the same time.

Monday's three line whip said a lot about his confidence in his own performance. He daren't even give his own party a free vote, let alone the whole country!

In France you can't dismiss just about anyone for any reason. Once you have a job here it is pretty much for life.

For this reason employers are very reluctant to give anyone a job and the result is high unemployment.(9.5%)

The only real jobs are in the public sector <_<

Why should an employer carry on paying someone who is not earning their pay and why should someone who has been sacked for incompetence or laziness be able to go to an industrial tribunal. It's not what they are for.

As for the mess the country is currently in, can you imagine how infinitely worse it would be if the Brown / Darling horror had been allowed to continue  You seem to forget that under their "leadership" the country was going down the pan so fast that by now all that would be left is the final gurgle.

but you can already sack people for almost any reason bar colour or religion or sex ,it just takes a little longer ;)

removing any rights means those i excluded can be got rid of and those the manager merely dislikes (or thinks is a threat to his position) as well.

the bad worker will continue to be a bad worker as they are usually clever or someone else does their blooming job for them so they continue unnoticed

but its probably just hot air as most things are we are run by europe not the PM in most cases but generally when anything controversial is leaked its hiding something else going on that the gov wants hidden

I fully understand exactly what he is reffering to, you obviously don't. I was taken to an industriel tribunial twice, the first one was where the guy was stealing time from me, when my backs turned and couldn't care less if he worked or not. The second one was an alledged decorator who had been doing it all is life, yet managed to ruin not one but two jobs, he didn't have a clue about paper hanging after lying to me and told me he was. He was cutting paper with a stanley knife for kick off's and you can just imagine what the ceiling and skirting joints looked like. He also manged to cause massive damage to a boiler by draining down while unauthorised, not telling anyone. until afterwards when the client turned on the empty boiler. That one i took two decoration witnesses with me who confirmed just how poor the work was. Guess what i lost both cases due to the actual power these idiots hold over the employer, lesson learned as i would never put myself in that situation again. Me, i have loads of work, will i share it out, not now, it ain't worth the greif.

Free to choose apart from the ones where the trust poked their nose in. Common eel. tope. Bass and sea bream. All restricted.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

Correct, although you can drain down say individual radiators, no one is allowed, to work on or fit boilers or gas lines unless you are a gas safe engineer.
