Some Sad News

I haven't been as frequent a visitor as in the past, and only just heard the news via a comment on facebook. It is very sad news and my thoughts are with Newt and his family at this very sad time.

Just back from a week in Northumbria ,went to Amble where Jan and Newt went fishing on their last trip over here went to the end of the pier bit with some flowers which went into the water in memory of Jan ,it seemed a good thing to do.

Judith - it absolutely was a most excellent thing to do and I thank you for it.

 

I'm very unclear about an afterlife but if there is one and if she is paying attention to us, I can imagine a smile on her face to know that you thought of it and at a place like Amble that we both had fond memories of.
