River Trout, how big is big?

How big does a wild Brown Trout have to be to be considered large?

I'm thinking along the lines of 2lb Roach, 20lb Pike, 10lb Barbel etc. I know that these guidelines can't be universal due to geography etc. Any thoughts anyone?
