BBQ;s should be ok, providing they are kept well off the ground.

Hi all

I thought it was about time this went back to the top as it is getting near to the date.

But more importantly is the fact that the wingham fish-in has just been canceled and I have no September fish-in to go to.

Are there any places left or anyone fancy doubling up in their swim?

Yes Goose, plenty of spaces on the other lakes. None booked on the nursery, which is near to Sandhurst Lake.

We need more anglers to attend, with all the attention that Peta will get by trying to ban fishing, we need events like this to be well attended and maximum publicity from the angling press.

and from the local and national press too if you can, surely someone must know some helpful journo's in the area, it could be a slow news day and somethings better than nothing. If I can get in the local papers something like this must surely be able to.
