The glow sticks are indeed a bargain........not that there is ever a chance of getting any in my area! Soon as they come out all the local scummy bootfair "dealers" buy the lot up and you see them on their stalls the next weekend rebagged and tagged at £2 for 10!

how many packets you want buddy? i intend to whip up there and grab myself a box so let me know..ill pick you a box up and post it to ya!

Do you need any?

I have a few hundred in the garage and can send some if you want them.

I have a mix of yellow and green - they are just over an inch long and last about five maybe six hours.

I bought a bulk load of flea bay the other year after getting fed up with the prices tackle shops charge.

I cellotape them to my beach casters as rod tip lights.

went there my self and goot very carried away ! lol got one of the reels, waders even tho they are cheap be good for what ill be needing them for. and the tackle bag is good too 6 large boxes and 2 small boxes will do for all my lures and change around as and when needed. and the perch and trout tackle set only for a few of the bits and for an extra box, split a box of star lights with a mate so use them when and as. spent too much as misses will kill me when she sees he recipt of £62 . oh well all good when spent on stuff i wanted hahaha

I however showed considerable restraint and departed with a box of the lights and a tub of full fat yogurt. I have some cheap chest waders which live permanently in the car otherwise those at 16 quids would have been snapped up! The bag looked great value too

Surprised at the quality look of the reel I must admit, looks quite tidy.

I think it's important to remember though, it's only a bargain if you actually need it. I go in there and 'ooh' and 'ahh' over it all but only because it's so cheap, I dont need any of it.

Plus Lidls floats are horrific!

As famous fisherman John Gierach once said "I used to like fishing because I thought it had some larger significance. Now I like fishing because it's the one thing I can think of that probably doesn't."
