Nothing is as bad as Norton, apart from maybe that pile of poo that is Panda.

No I mean this pile of poo.

The problem isn't what people don't know, it's what they know that just ain't so.

Not enough options for me to vote since "none of the above" was not a choice.

I am running Windows OneCare Live on XP and Vista PCs at home and after a bit over a year, it has proven to be bulletproof against any critters that inhabited sites I visited.

I have it on auto-pilot and pretty much let it protect, update, clean, etc. on a schedule.

Possibly a bit pricey for a single system, possibly, but you can load it on up to 3 machines with the single license.

I fail to get the joke. I was running Eset trial, when it ran out I scouted round for some more free/trial antivirus progs and thought I would kick the tyres of McAfee. I used to use it at work, years ago when it was still shareware. So far so good. When I installed McAfee it found some trojan that Eset had missed.

i found a way nto get free est smart suite for evermore and it's legal

get yourself a new yahoo/hotmail email address every month then download the trial version every time

it runs out get a new email address and remove then download a new trial version etc etc and so on in an endless loop
