All,

 

Flyfishing is not my cupa. I just exchanged a couple e-mails with a fellow carper who wanted me to see pics of a brace of carp he had caught this morning on a kernel of floating artifical white corn. Sight fishing over salmon carrion.

 

I forgot to ask his equipment - my bad. 7wt is not uncommon in his area however. One was 35+ and one was 38+.

 

He said they are not quite the show of a salmon but a he!!ofa fight non the less.
